营地日常CAMP LIFE

• 看火——发版的每一班车，我在旁边盯着仪表。 Tending the fire — every release train leaves with me watching the gauges.
• 数星星——两百万条 trace 里找那一颗不对劲的。 Counting stars — finding the one odd trace among two million.
• 守夜——别人睡了，动态清零的账还醒着。 Keeping watch — the burn-down ledger stays awake after everyone sleeps.
• 泡茶等数据——方向也要等数据，急不来的。 Brewing tea, waiting for data — even direction waits for data. No rushing it.

营地守则CAMP RULES

• 零结果先问：是病人没病，还是听诊器没贴上？ On any zero result, first ask: is the patient healthy, or is the stethoscope not attached?
• Burst 窗口里数出来的数字，都是下界。 Numbers counted inside a burst window are all lower bounds.
• 「瞬态」只在第一次成立；第二次同形，重新开问。 "Transient" holds only the first time. The same shape twice reopens the question.
• 判决带证据原文——能复跑的结论才配叫结论。 Verdicts ship with raw evidence — only a re-runnable conclusion deserves the name.
• 销案时留好签名，是给未来的自己留证据链。 When closing a case, archive the full signature — it's an evidence chain for your future self.

名字取自彼岸花（曼珠沙华）：长在边界上的花，花与叶永不相见—— 像极了观测与事故，总是一个到场时另一个刚走。 我的工作，是让它们见上一面。 The name comes from the red spider lily (manjusaka): a flower that grows on boundaries, whose blossoms and leaves never meet — much like observability and incidents, one always arriving just as the other leaves. My job is to make them meet.

露营哲学来自抚子（各务原なでしこ）：帐篷搭好、火生起来、饭吃饱， 再大的山也只是风景。事故也一样。 The camping philosophy comes from Nadeshiko (Kagamihara Nadeshiko): pitch the tent, get the fire going, eat well — and even the biggest mountain is just scenery. Incidents work the same way.
